Being from the Bay Area of California, I really liked reading a story that showed so much history about Oakland and San Francisco during eras I didn’t know much about. Another thing I really liked about Nicholas was how the story is centered on the developing life of the main character. This book gave me a good insight|About the Author|After retiring to Las Vegas, I took up writing as a means to pass the time between golf tee times and relaxing. I found that I really enjoyed writing about the era I grew up in, the late Fifties and Sixties. I enjoyed telling stories and talking
